Recovery, Rehabilitation & Post Natal

During my time at university and during further courses since I have specialised in the biomechanics of health and injury management and have a real passion for aiding clients in getting back to full fitness.

Coming back from injury or recovering from one is sometimes one of the hardest obsticals to overcome.
I offer you the support needed to allow you to rebuild your strength, confidence and knowledge.

Regaining your strength/flexibility after injury is one of the most important factors in making sure you achieve a full recovery. Skipping this process can sometimes make those injury’s reoccur or become a weakness in your training and day to day life.

For further information on how I can help you with your rehabilitation please get in touch.

Pre/Post natal
During my own pregnancy with my little boy I realised how much a women’s body changes and can be limited during this time. I completed the pre and post natal qualification to further my knowledge and understanding of what the body goes through during this time and the best way to help recover after birth.

A lot of pressure is put on women after birth to “go back to their pre birth body” as quickly as possible but alot of the time this isn’t done safely and can put a lot of stress and strain on the body which has already been through so much. It is important to work on regaining strength, concentrating on form with pelvic floor exercises being a huge focus.
