I believe personal training is not just about getting fit or loosing weight. I believe that in order to achieve your desired goal you have to retrain both your body and mind.
A short term fix isn’t going to give you the lasting results you want and have worked so hard for, the goal needs to become more of a lifestyle change without drastic measures that are so hard to maintain and stick to.
During sessions we take things back to basics and technique is key focus, I will teach you how to get the most out of your body and workouts in a challenging yet safe way.
Depending on clients goals, measurements, fitness test is done on the first session to allow me to tailor your programme specifically and then this is repeated every 6 weeks (roughly dependant on client) and programme reassessed.
Alongside this I believe that mindset is also a huge focus and work along side clients to improve there confidence, motivation and overall mindset.
